All in all great value. Stayed here for 5 nights with my wife, had a nice stay. The location was very central, not far from the ferries on foot, the ferry docks and Hyannis. Again, it was not very far from a 0.1-acre public plaza. Every staff member was super-friendly and amicable.

The desk was helpful and nice. She gave excellent walking directions to some great places to eat and have a drink. The room and bath were perfectly clean. It was fun taking the easy and short walking tour of the jfk memorial markers.

Nice hotel for a very good price. Not high-end hotel, but clean room, good facilities, friendly people, for a good price. I would certainly go back there if i was in town.

nice stay with a few bumps
The room was super clean. The central location felt convenient for our daily outings, especially the easy access to the ferry.
A late night disturbance from drilling was quite frustrating.

Great location. Could walk everywhere.
Our room had an awful odor. Bathroom was moldy. They moved us to another room which was better, but that bathroom was moldy too. It looks as though they had started to upgrade the bathrooms as the sink area had granite countertops but the tub area was old with black mold.
